What is required to reserve my wedding date?

We require 50% down along with a signed contract to reserve your wedding date. The remainder is due 30 days prior to your wedding date. All payments are final and non-refundable. Unfortunately due to a high volume of inquiries we are unable to hold any dates without a deposit.

Will we receive printing rights to our photos after the wedding?

Yes! We gladly give printing rights to all wedding packages and portrait shoots.

When should I expect to see my completed photography collection?

Your online gallery will be available 4-6 weeks after your wedding, albums and other products will arrive in 1-2 months after the orders have been placed.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept cash or check and most major credit cards (through PayPal). As a reminder, all payments are final and non-refundable.

Do you offer prints, albums, and professional products that we can purchase or add into our package?

Yes! The online gallery link you will be emailed has an integrated store feature where prints and products can be ordered directly from (no purchases necessary though). Any albums you want, we will send you an order form via email and payments can be paid via credit card (through paypal), by check, or cash.

Do you travel?

Happily! We have traveled all over for weddings! – Please inquire with us about special travel rates!

Can I upload my images to social media sites?

Absolutely. We do ask that you always give Brooke Townsend Photography credit and require that no additional filters or effects are applied to those images.

Should we do a first look?

This is an extremely personal decision, one that we cannot make for you. The first look allows you to press “pause” and temporarily suspend the chaos and rush of the day, and it does give time for LOTS of extra photos of you two together and with your bridal party that you wouldn’t otherwise have. Either way you decide, we’ll make beautiful, unforgettable images to remember your wedding day by.

Can friends or family use cameras at our wedding?

We love it when friends and family are so excited to capture their memories of your wedding day. However during the ceremony – especially – we ask for cameras and phones to be put away as much as possible and step back to allow us to get the best images for you in the best way possible.

Will you stay longer than planned if our wedding celebration runs late?

Of course! Additional coverage can be purchased in one-hour increments and runs $200/hour.
